2. Booking & Payments

  • A confirmed booking is required for all services.
  • Prices may vary based on property size, pest type, and infestation level.
  • Payment must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • GST is applicable on all services.

3. Warranty & Re-Service

  • Warranty duration varies by service (e.g., 30–120 days depending on pest type).
  • Warranty becomes void if:
    • The customer does not follow post-treatment instructions.
    • There is poor hygiene, leakage, or reinfestation due to external conditions.
    • Another service provider performs treatment during the warranty period.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information during booking.
  • Ensure access to all rooms, cabinets, lofts, and infected places.
  • Keep children, pets, food items, and elderly persons away during treatment as instructed.
  • Maintain hygiene and fix moisture/leakage issues.

5. Safety & Chemicals

  • All chemicals used are government-approved and safe when used correctly.
  • Customers should follow all safety guidelines shared during the service.
  • FIFO Pest Control is not responsible for health issues caused by ignoring safety instructions.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a minimum service charge.
  • Services can be rescheduled based on technician availability.

7. No Guarantee for Certain Pests

Some pests (like bed bugs, rodents, severe termite damage) require multiple visits. FIFO Pest Control does not guarantee full elimination in a single service unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • FIFO Pest Control is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to property
    • Furniture/wood damage caused by termites before treatment
    • Damages caused by ignoring technician instructions
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Intellectual Property
